Inside Sales Representative
GSE Carbide has an open spot in its inside sales team. We supply our customers with carbide rods and preforms. We can also pre-grind our rods in our own grinding shop.
As an inside sales representative, you are the link between the customer, internal organisation and suppliers. The purpose of the position is, on the one hand, to provide full commercial support to existing customers, with the result that the outside sales team does not have to worry about this, and, on the other hand, to support new customers so that the outside sales team can further develop them.
Your tasks
- Supporting the outside sales team by following up on visit reports and quotations (often in German);
- Contacting customers for making quotations, orders and corresponding planning;
- Providing commercial prices (price lists, project prices, etc.);
- Preparing, sending and following up quotations;
- Administrative recording of quotations / orders;
- Creating and managing the order / quotation planning (setting priorities in the sales - order flow);
- Making sure you obtain all the information needed to prepare an accurate quotation.
Your profile
You are able to make customers feel that they can always rely on GSE, something we are proud of. As a member of the sales team, you are able to positively motivate your team members, other colleagues and the results.
In practical terms, you are fluent in spoken and written Dutch, German and English. You are independent and take initiative in decision-making. Experience with SAP Business One and some technical knowledge are an advantage.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with the prospect of permanent employment.
